- the content of support requests and any screenshots or diagnostic information you choose to send;
- feedback and other communications you send to us.
Technical and usage information
- device model, operating system version, app version, language, country or region;
- device and app identifiers, including vendor identifiers and, where permission is given, advertising identifiers;
- app events, feature interactions, crash reports and diagnostic information;
- IP address and general location derived from it when the website or online services are accessed;
- purchase and subscription status supplied by Apple, such as the product purchased and whether entitlement is active. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
3. Photos, contacts and other device permissions
Cycle Cleaner requests access only when a feature needs it and after iOS presents the relevant permission prompt. Depending on the features you use, this may include access to photos and videos, contacts, calendar information, notifications or Face ID authentication.
Access to these categories enables Cycle Cleaner to identify supported items such as similar photos, screenshots, large videos or duplicate contacts, and to provide Secret Storage features. You can change permissions at any time in iPhone Settings. Restricting a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Items are not deleted merely because they are detected. You review selections and confirm deletion through the app and iOS.
4. How we use information
We may process information to:
- provide, maintain and improve Cycle Cleaner and its features;
- confirm premium access and restore purchases;
- respond to support requests and communicate about the Service;
- monitor reliability, diagnose crashes and prevent misuse or fraud;
- understand aggregated product usage and improve usability;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
5. Legal bases
Where UK or EEA data-protection law applies, processing may be based on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through device settings or by contacting us, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, security and app distribution. They process information for the purposes described in this policy and subject to appropriate contractual safeguards. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple’s own privacy terms.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
