1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and TOP TILES LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”) concerning Cycle Cleaner, its website and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Cycle Cleaner is an iPhone utility designed to help users review and organise supported content such as photos, videos and contacts; use storage and battery-related tools; personalise charging screens; and protect selected content using Secret Storage features. Available features may depend on your device, operating system, permissions, region and purchase status.
You are responsible for reviewing selections before confirming deletion or modification. We do not guarantee that every duplicate, similar item or incomplete contact will be identified, or that every recommendation will match your preferences.
3. Eligibility and devices
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. Cycle Cleaner requires a compatible Apple device and may require internet access, an Apple Account and current software. Carrier and data charges are your responsibility.
4. Limited licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use Cycle Cleaner on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services terms. Family Sharing or volume-purchase use is permitted only where Apple makes it available.
The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks and other content, is owned by or licensed to TOP TILES LTD and protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Service except where law expressly permits;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
- bypass security, payment, access or usage controls;
- interfere with the Service, servers or other users;
- use the Service to introduce malicious code or carry out fraudulent activity.
6. Premium purchases, trials and subscriptions
Cycle Cleaner may provide basic functionality without charge and offer Premium access through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. The US App Store currently lists Weekly Premium at $9.99 and Lifetime Premium at $39.99. Prices, currency, taxes, product availability and trial eligibility can vary by region and may change. The terms shown by Apple before purchase control the transaction.
Weekly Premium
Where offered, Weekly Premium begins with a 3-day free trial and then renews automatically each week until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a trial or billing period to avoid renewal.
Lifetime Premium
Lifetime Premium is a one-time in-app purchase granting premium access for the supported life of the app, subject to these Terms. It does not guarantee that the Service will remain available indefinitely or that every future product or separately offered service will be included.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Apple’s applicable policies.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features to improve the Service, respond to technical or legal requirements, or address security concerns. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or future operating system.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or able to identify or remove every duplicate or unnecessary item.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOP TILES LTD and its affiliates, officers, employees and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill arising from the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Apple-specific terms
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and TOP TILES LTD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price where required by its terms or applicable law. Apple is not responsible for other claims relating to your possession or use of the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TOP TILES LTD, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules in your place of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
