1. Overview
Cycle Cleaner is distributed through the Apple App Store by TOP TILES LTD. Apple processes App Store and in-app payments and determines eligibility for refunds in accordance with its policies and applicable consumer law.
TOP TILES LTD cannot issue, approve or reject a refund for a transaction billed directly by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
2. Cycle Cleaner purchases
Cycle Cleaner currently offers the following US App Store in-app purchases:
- Cycle Cleaner Weekly Premium — $9.99 per week, with a 3-day free trial when offered on the purchase screen;
- Cycle Cleaner Lifetime Premium — $39.99 as a one-time purchase.
Prices, taxes, currency, trial availability and product availability may vary by country or region. The price and terms displayed by Apple before confirmation control your purchase.
3. How to request a refund
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Choose “I’d like to”, then choose “Request a refund”.
- Select a reason and choose Next.
- Select Cycle Cleaner or the relevant subscription and submit the request.
Apple generally provides an update within 24–48 hours, although an approved refund may take additional time to appear on the original payment method. A pending charge cannot be refunded until it has completed. Eligibility varies by country or region.
4. Cancelling Weekly Premium
Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not itself create a refund for an existing charge. To cancel on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Cycle Cleaner and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a trial or billing period to avoid renewal. Deleting Cycle Cleaner does not cancel a subscription.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Apple’s refund eligibility rules may differ where local law requires additional protections.
